Jill Simons is the Executive Director of Many Parts Ministries which seeks to equip the lay faithful to discern their charism, given by the Holy Spirit at their baptism, to fully engage in sanctifying the world through their lives.

She joins me today to talk about her book, The Essential Handbook on Living Your Charisms: A Practical Guide for Catholics, and to explore how our Living our Charisms contributes to the Common Good.
